COMMRENV is a Las Vegas commercial real estate intelligence platform: public property records, commercial analysis tools, and local expertise in one place.
The idea
National commercial real estate platforms are good at listings and weak at local context. They will show you a building for sale; they will not tell you what the parcel is zoned, which jurisdiction set that zoning, how large the site actually is, or what the county holds on record against it.
That local layer is where COMMRENV competes. Clark County publishes genuinely good open data. Very little of it has been turned into something a commercial property decision-maker can actually use.

How COMMRENV handles data
