There are no vacancy rates, asking rents, cap-rate ranges or transaction volumes on this site. Not because they are unavailable, but because publishing market statistics before the pipeline behind them is built and verified would make every figure unverifiable — and a market report you cannot audit is marketing, not intelligence.

Plenty of real estate sites publish confident-looking dashboards assembled from numbers nobody can trace. COMMRENV would rather show an empty section than join them.

What it will look like

When market data is published here, each figure will carry:

• The source it came from, named specifically
• The date it was retrieved
• The methodology used to derive it, where it is derived rather than reported
• The geography and asset class it actually covers

Planned coverage

• Industrial — the I-15 corridor, North Las Vegas, Henderson and the Southwest
• Retail — anchored, unanchored, pad and net lease
• Office — including medical and the Class A submarkets
• Multifamily and land / development pipeline
• Development pipeline and permit activity from Clark County public records
