Privacy Policy
This policy explains what COMMRENV collects and why. It is short because the site collects very little.
What you submit
When you submit an enquiry form, COMMRENV stores the name, email address, and any phone number, company name and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the URL.
This is used only to respond to your enquiry and to understand which parts of the site generate enquiries. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What is not stored
COMMRENV does not store your IP address. A one-way cryptographic hash of it is kept with each submission solely to detect automated abuse; it cannot be reversed to recover the address.
Calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to COMMRENV or to anyone else.
Property lookups
Parcel and zoning lookups are passed to Clark County’s public GIS services to retrieve the record. The search term is not stored against your identity.
Analytics and cookies
COMMRENV does not currently run third-party analytics, advertising tags or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the site administration. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.
Public records
Property information displayed on this site comes from Clark County public records. COMMRENV does not control what those records contain. Corrections to county records must be made with the county.
Retention and access
Enquiry records are retained while they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement. To request a copy of what has been stored about you, or its deletion, get in touch through the contact page.
Changes
This policy will be updated as the platform develops, including before any new data collection begins.
