COMMRENV publishes public property records, general commercial real estate information, and calculation tools. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, appraisal or investment advice, and nothing here creates a professional or agency relationship.

Licensed services

Real estate services referenced on this site are provided by Matthew D Beach, Nevada real estate salesperson licence S.0170177, through Las Vegas Realty LLC, 2685 S Rainbow Blvd, #100, Las Vegas, NV 89146, 702-386-6122.

A Nevada salesperson licence is held under a supervising broker. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of services by COMMRENV independently of that brokerage. Licence status may be verified with the Nevada Real Estate Division.

Accuracy of public records

Parcel, zoning and address information is retrieved from Clark County published services and reproduced without alteration. It may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect at source. COMMRENV makes no warranty as to its accuracy and accepts no liability for reliance on it. See Data Sources.

Zoning

Zoning information displayed is a classification of record, not a determination of permitted use. Verify proposed uses with the governing jurisdiction.

Calculators

The calculators perform the arithmetic described on each page using the values you enter. They make no assumptions about your property, your financing or your circumstances, and their output is not a valuation or a lending decision.
