Clark County, Nevada
Commercial Property Intelligence
Enter a Clark County assessor parcel number or a property address. COMMRENV queries the county’s published GIS records live and returns what is actually on file — with the source of every field shown.
What this returns
COMMRENV queries the Clark County GIS published services in real time. Nothing is cached beyond twelve hours, nothing is estimated, and nothing is filled in where the county has not published a value.
Fields available in this release
- Assessor parcel number (APN) — the parcel’s unique identifier, shown in the county’s standard 162-16-811-017 format.
- Site address — the address recorded against the parcel by the county address locator. Some parcels, particularly vacant land and rights-of-way, have none.
- Parcel size — assessor acreage, with the equivalent land square footage derived from it.
- Tax district — the Clark County tax district code applied to the parcel.
- Zoning — the classification recorded in the published zoning layer for the governing jurisdiction, together with that jurisdiction’s own description of the class.
Deliberately not included
Owner of record, building characteristics, recorded sale history and permit activity are not in this release. They are not exposed by the public GIS endpoints COMMRENV currently uses, and inventing or approximating them would make the tool worthless. They are planned additions from separate county sources.
A note on zoning
The zoning code and its description are reproduced verbatim from the county layer. COMMRENV does not paraphrase them and does not state which uses are permitted. Permitted-use determinations are made by the governing jurisdiction, not by this website. Verify any proposed use with that jurisdiction before relying on it.
