Find a Commercial Property
Rather than searching a listing database that will never be complete, tell COMMRENV what you actually need and have the requirement worked directly — including against property that is not publicly marketed.
What to include
- Buy or lease
- Asset class — industrial, retail, office, land, multifamily, flex, special purpose
- Size — building square footage, or acreage for land
- Submarket — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, the Southwest, the airport submarket, Downtown
- Budget — purchase price range, or rate per square foot
- Intended use — this matters more than most people expect, because zoning constrains it
- Timeframe
Specific requirements get worked. Vague ones are difficult to act on.
Investors
If you are building a position rather than buying a single asset, include your return requirement, leverage assumptions and preferred structure. Criteria registered now are in the first cohort matched when off-market opportunity matching launches.
